Preparation is easy: Boil 1.25 cup water. Throw in .25 cup BUCKwheat. Reduce to low heat, allow to simmer (stirring often) for 10 minutes. Put in a pat of Earth Balance, salt, pepper, CHOWDOWN!!!!
